These terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the use of the website padeliopiramide.w5.lt (hereinafter the “Website”) and the Padelio piramidė tournament platform operating on it (hereinafter the “Platform”).

1. General provisions

By registering on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years old.
• You provide correct and accurate personal data.
• You have read these Terms and agree to comply with them.
• You have read our Privacy policy.

2. Creating and managing an account

When registering you must provide the following details: first name, last name, email address, phone number, gender and the city in which you will play. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and correct data.
• Keeping your account password confidential.
• All actions carried out using your account.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or remove an account if inaccurate data has been provided or if these Terms are violated.

3. Use and visibility of personal data

3.1. Publicly visible data

This data is visible to all visitors of the website (both registered and unregistered):

• First and last name – shown in the pyramid table, in challenge lists and on the player profile.
• City – shown in the pyramid table, indicating the city in which you play.
• Position in the pyramid – your place in the ranking.
• Game statistics – match results, number of wins/losses.

3.2. Data visible to registered users

This data is visible only to registered and logged-in users of the platform:

• Phone number – used to arrange matches between players.

3.3. Confidential data

This data is not shown publicly and is used for internal purposes only:

• Email address – used for logging in, notifications and account recovery.
• Password – stored in encrypted form and visible to no one.

4. Tournament rules and code of conduct

By taking part in the pyramid tournament you undertake to:

• Follow the principles of fair play.
• Respond to challenges and match notifications on time.
• Treat other players with respect, both on the court and on the Platform.
• Submit correct match results.
• Keep to the set deadlines for accepting challenges and playing matches.
• Not abuse the “injured player” or other status features.

4.1. Walkover losses

The Platform automatically, or an administrator, may award a walkover loss if:

• You do not show up for an agreed match without giving advance notice.
• You do not accept a challenge within the set deadline.
• You do not agree on a match time within the set period.

5. Payments and subscription

A registration or season fee may apply for taking part in the pyramid. Once the fee is paid:

• Your account is activated and you are assigned a position in the pyramid.
• Payment information is stored in the Platform's system.
• Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise for a specific season.

6. Communication

By registering you agree to receive:

• System notifications about challenges, matches and their statuses.
• Email notifications about important Platform updates.
• Push notifications (if you enable them on your device).

You can change notification settings in your account or in your browser settings.

7. Prohibited actions

The following is prohibited on the Platform:

• Creating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Using someone else's account.
• Submitting false match results.
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes without the administrator's consent.
• Disrupting the operation of the Platform by technical means.
• Sending unsolicited messages or advertising to other players.
• Behaving disrespectfully, making threats or otherwise infringing the rights of other users.

8. Limitation of liability

• The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Platform.
• We are not responsible for disputes between players, injuries on the court or other losses.
• Administrators reserve the right to change the pyramid rules, positions and structure.

9. Intellectual property

All Platform material (logos, design, software) is the property of the Platform's creators. Copying, distributing or modifying the Platform's content without written consent is prohibited.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Platform reserves the right to change these Terms. Significant changes will be announced by email or through Platform notifications. Continued use of the Platform after the changes means you accept the new version of the Terms.

11. Closing your account

You have the right to request closure of your account at any time by contacting an administrator. If your account is closed:

• Your personal data will be removed in accordance with applicable law.
• Anonymised game statistics may be retained for archival purposes.

You can submit a request to close your account via account settings or by contacting your city's judge through the contacts page.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania (Vilnius jurisdiction).

13. User-generated content

Users may post reviews and take part in chats. You retain the copyright to your content, but you grant the Platform the right to display and moderate it. Administrators reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

14. Age restriction

The Platform is intended for persons aged at least 16. Persons under 16 may use the Platform only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians who want to remove a minor's account can contact us through the contacts page.
