Privacy policy and use of cookies

This page explains how “Padelio Piramidė” handles personal data and uses cookies. We process only as much data as is necessary to provide the service (the pyramid game, challenges, scheduling, statistics).

2. What data we collect

• Account data: first name, last name, email, gender, position, statuses.
• Activity data: challenges, votes on time/arena, result entries, messages.
• Technical: IP, browser, device, error logs (for stability and security).

3. Cookies

We use cookies for the following purposes:

4. PWA and notifications

• The PWA can be installed on your device (Add to Home Screen). Notifications (Web Push) work only with your consent.
• You can withdraw your notification permission at any time in your browser settings.
• Subscription identifiers (endpoint + keys) are stored until withdrawn.

5. Security and retention periods

• We use HTTPS, role-based access and action logs.
• Session cookies have an appropriate expiry time; “remember me” would be valid for up to 90 days (if you enable it).
• We keep data for as long as is necessary for the game logic and legal requirements.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict processing, to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Data retention periods

9. Right to erasure

You can submit an account deactivation request via account settings. Once the account is deactivated, it becomes inactive and is not shown in the pyramid.

Full erasure of personal data (name, email, phone) is carried out within 30 days of receiving a written request by email: tadas.seskauskas@gmail.com. Anonymous game statistics may be retained for archival purposes.

10. Third-party services

The Platform uses the following third-party services, which may collect data:

• Google Maps API — displaying arena addresses on a map. Google privacy policy
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — sending push notifications. Firebase privacy policy
• Google Fonts — loading fonts. Google privacy policy
• Email service (SMTP) — sending system notifications to registered players.
• Advertising system — displaying advertising banners. Analytics cookies may be used.

11. Reviews

When a review is left anonymously, a name and an email address are collected. The email is not shown publicly and is visible only to the administrator. This data is used for spam protection. You can request its deletion by email.
